We publish unit economics before take-rate changes. Customers stay free. Craftsmen never pay a monthly subscription.
Escrow platform fee today: 10%
No craftsman Abo
Unlike lead marketplaces with monthly fees, Wosta does not charge a subscription. Optional one-time credits only when ops enable them.
Transparent success fee
When card escrow is used via Stripe Connect, the platform fee is 10% of the escrowed amount. Bank invoices and cash mark-paid stay fee-free on-platform.
Optional offer credits
During launch, offers are often free. If credits are required, buy a one-time pack — unused credits stay on your wallet.
Optional escrow
Customers can fund jobs with card escrow (auto-release after 48h if no dispute). Soft-disables without Stripe keys.
Year-2 take-rate path
Investor guidance points to a clearer 10–15% success-fee story once UAE unit economics are proven. We will update this page before any increase.

Do craftsmen pay a monthly fee?
No. There is never a craftsman Abo on Wosta.
When does the platform fee apply?
Only on Stripe Connect escrow payouts — currently 10%. Invoices paid outside card escrow do not take this fee.
Will the fee change?
Any change will be published here first. Year-2 planning may move toward a 10–15% success fee once launch economics are solid.
