1. Scope
These Terms govern use of the Wosta platform (“Platform”) between [Wosta Operator L.L.C-FZ — set LEGAL_COMPANY_NAME in env] (“Operator”) and users (customers and craftsmen).
2. Platform services
Wosta connects customers with independent craftsmen. The Operator is not a party to the work contract between customer and craftsman unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Escrow/payment features and optional credit packs are provided via Stripe and may be limited without configured keys.
3. Credits — no subscription
Craftsmen may buy optional one-time credit packs for offers. There is no subscription/Abo. Whether credits are required for offers is controlled by the platform setting “Require credits for offers”.
4. User obligations
Users must provide accurate information, use the Platform lawfully, and comply with applicable trade rules. Abuse, spam and fraudulent offers are prohibited.
5. Offers, acceptance, disputes
Offers and hiring occur between users. The Platform provides reporting and moderation tools for disputes; outcomes are not guaranteed.
6. Liability
Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected. For slight negligence the Operator is liable only for breach of essential duties and limited to foreseeable damage, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
The Operator may update these Terms for the future. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner.
8. Final provisions
The laws of the United Arab Emirates apply, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction provide otherwise. If any clause is invalid, the remainder stays in force.
