Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For platform use and digital services, the following notes apply.

Optional credit packs are digital content. The right of withdrawal expires early once we begin performance (crediting your balance) after your express consent and acknowledgement that the right expires (§ 356 (5) BGB).

There is no subscription; credits are one-time purchases.

Contracts for craftsmanship are concluded between customer and craftsman. Withdrawal rights for those contracts follow that relationship; the platform operator is usually not a party to the work contract.
