Scope

This accessibility statement applies to the website and web application operated by [Wosta Operator L.L.C-FZ — set LEGAL_COMPANY_NAME in env] ([Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE — set LEGAL_ADDRESS]).

Compliance status

We aim to make Wosta accessible in line with WCAG 2.2 Level AA and applicable UAE accessibility expectations.

The application is currently partially compliant. Known limitations and planned improvements are listed below.

Non-accessible content

The following areas may currently have limited accessibility:

Complex map views (Mapbox) — keyboard and screen-reader support is limited.
Some dynamic dialogs and file uploads may still need improvement depending on browser and assistive tech.
Third-party content (payment forms, analytics) follows those providers’ accessibility.

Measures already in place

Navigation aids currently include:

A “Skip to content” link at the start of every page targeting the main landmark (#main-content).
Semantic headings and landmarks on core views.
Translated UI in multiple languages including RTL (Arabic).
